Policies & Shipping Procedures
Class One guarantees our appliances against breakage (not attributed to patient abuse) for a period of 90 days. In the unlikely event that an appliance shows such defect, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Please return the broken appliance along with a current set of models.
3-5 working days are all we need to process your cases. For special rush cases, Class One provides same day service at no addtional charge. Please pre-book your rush cases when possible. We do require 5 working days for any Valplast cases and 7 working days for all positioner cases. To insure your appliances are delivered on time, please provide a return date and time where necessary on your presciption form.
Class One provides free pick up and delivery service for customers in the Okanagan Valley area. For our out-of-town customers we supply labels and shipping boxes for your convenience. We utilize MTS as our primary carrier when returning your cases.
Invoicing and Payment Policies
Class One sends an invoice with each case and utilizes a monthly statement system. We apply a service charge of 2% per month for outstanding balances over 30 days. Visa and Mastercard accepted
